Yoga and Breakfast

 

To celebrate the reopening of the yoga studio, we are holding an exclusive Yoga and Breakfast.

We’ll meet at 7.30am to practice yoga together for an hour.  It will be a class to help you relax and reinvigorate whilst building flexibility and strength. We’ll start with a meditation.  Then, guided by our breath we will work to balance the mind and body. We will finish our practice with a beautiful savasana to still the mental chatter and surrender to a state of bliss.  Then we will enjoy a gluten, dairy and sugar free protein porridge pot with herbal tea or coffee.  You will have the option to take your porridge pot away with you if you need to get to work.
