GENUINE QUESTION...
Does anyone give a crap about me posting fancy yoga poses? I honestly prefer not to. Occasionally it serves a purpose, but would you be also interested in the stuff that I do in the rest of my life? Here’s what I did after yoga this morning. I needed a rest day.
.
1) A poster for the massive sackful of free apples we’ve got at the bottom of the drive.
.
2) A paint pour that I just did because I like paint. Paint gives me a massive thrill. Fluid dynamics. You have to not be attached to the outcome and sometimes you pour something interesting. Very yogic.
.
3) If anyone fancies a walk... photo from some random post on Facebook. I emphasise that this is not me, but it could be if you want to go for a walk 😂 anyone???

A big thank you to @regandrays for my beautiful black pomegranate bath bomb. It is perfect to soothe my tired muscles. Halloween kids yoga was a riot this morning, but don’t talk to me for at least an hour. I’m relaxing in my black bath water with rose petals. The bliss!!!!
