A mindful, gentle flow yoga class with Gail. Vinyasa Yoga doesn’t necessarily have to be fast-paced. This class is for those of you who love flow, but prefer something a little less sweaty than most vinyasa classes.

Come along and try this gentler-paced vinyasa flow class with Gail. No crazy postures, no 15-minute flows!
Class Structure
The class is differs slightly each week but is mainly a flow of fairly simple postures aiming at stretching and strengthening the whole body. I always offer slightly more challenging variations to enable yogis to meet their individual needs. Students need not be worried that this class will be too hard for them, there will be plenty of modifications on offer.
Entry Requirements
Some yoga experience would be preferred, but just come and have a go!
