Start your yoga journey with Gail’s dedicated classes for beginners. We understand that being a beginner can be scary, but rest assured taking a flow yoga class with Gail is not scary at all. You will be very well looked after and encouraged every step of the way.
Description
A friendly and fun yoga class focusing on the basic yoga postures at a beginners level.
Class Structure
The class is slightly different each week but is mainly a flow of the basic beginners postures aiming at stretching and strengthening the whole body. I always offer slightly more challenging variations to enable yogis to meet their individual needs.
Entry Requirements
No prior yoga knowledge needed, just come and have a go. Suitable for complete beginners and for people who haven’t practised for a while.
