Online Timetable

We are now live streaming as many of our classes as possible.  Maintaining a yoga practice throughout this difficult time is key to keeping your body and your mind healthy.

We are streaming our classes through the Zoom platform.  There are instructions for installing it to your laptop here.  You can also download it to your mobile device.

For all teachers, please guarantee your place by calling your teacher in advance.  Different pricing applies depending on the length of the class and the individual teacher.  Please see individual contact details on the Teachers page and at the bottom of the timetable below.

Our other regular teachers – Amanda and Allison will be back as soon as the studio is able to re-open.
